We find where the
pain actually started.
Dr. Kesnold Baptiste, DC runs an unhurried chiropractic and recovery practice on Main Street. The first visit is mostly listening, then careful adjustment and a plan you can keep up at home. Back, neck, shoulders, hips, and sports injuries.

Most pain comes
from a handful of
familiar places.

Low back pain
The most common reason patients walk in. Adjustment, decompression, and the daily habits keeping it there.
Neck pain & stiffness
From desks, phones, sleep, or a car accident. Cervical work plus simple posture cues that hold.
Shoulder & arm
Rotator cuff strain, frozen shoulder, and pain referred down the arm from the upper spine.
Hip & knee
Alignment work and recovery from a minor sports injury, so you move without bracing for it.
Sports injury
Get back to the game on a real timeline. Assessment, hands-on care, and rehab you can do at home.
Tension headache
Often a neck problem in disguise. Quick to assess, and a relief most patients feel early.

lower back.
The most common reason patients arrive, and the one we know best.
Adjustment, decompression, and the daily habits that keep it from coming back.
Five steps, and
usually simpler
than you expect.
- 01
Listen
Your first visit runs about 45 minutes and is mostly conversation. Pain history, daily habits, and what it is keeping you from doing.
- 02
Assess
Range of motion, palpation, and posture. Imaging only when it is genuinely needed, and we explain why before anything else.
- 03
Adjust
Manual adjustment and gentle mobilization. Every movement is explained before it happens, so nothing is a surprise.
- 04
Recover
Heat, ice, percussion, or breath work, matched to your body. You leave knowing how to take care of yourself between visits.
- 05
Maintain
Two or three stretches a day and a simple check-in rhythm. Most patients feel real change inside a few visits.
